Carbon Emission Free Mega Events

It has been observed over the years that mega events like Football, Rugby, Cricket world cup opening ceremony and post world cup ceremony have become great source for un necessary carbon emission. The blast of colorful papers, air conditioning huge halls, Fires and lot more stuff is contributing alot in the carbon emission. These event have drastic effect on the climate and if they happen each day in the same city certainly things can get a lot complicated.

Fifa organization took initials back in 2006 World Cup which was hosted in Germany, and they provided a carbon neutral event for the crowd that would have lesser impact on the climate and rightly so. The FIFA officials were keen to know about what losses a heavy carbon emission in form of fire bursts, papers wastage and etc can impact climate.

The event at Fifa Worldcup 2006 went upto the mark as the spectators expected it to be, despite lesser carbon emission. The same necessary steps shall be taken by other Boards Officials like Rugby, Cricket, Hockey, Tennis and etc. The safer the climate the betterment for humanity.
